A little about Lynn ...

Since moving to Sierra Vista in 1981 from San Diego, California, Lynn has never looked back. She found Sierra Vista has everything she was looking for...clean air, wonderful weather, beautiful mountains, breathtaking sunsets, excellent schools, and magnificently clear night skies. It truly provides all the peace and serenity Lynn wants for herself and her family.

Having found the perfect place to live, a real estate career seemed to be the best method of sharing her enthusiasm for Sierra Vista. In 1985, Lynn received her Real Estate license and specialized in new home construction. After three years, Lynn qualified for and received her Broker's License. She has since expanded her knowledge and experience to include all phases of residential real estate.

Lynn feeds her soul by singing and performing with local theather groups. She and her family live just south of Sierra Vista in a canyon of the Huachuca Mountains.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Sierra Vista real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
